The phone sounds like it's stuck in a boot loop. Since it's an android device, you should be able to hold power and volume down at the same time, letting go when the phone displays a menu. You should be able to scroll down, using the volume keys, to reset phone. After its completed, your phone should go back to normal. Like a new phone
