Hard drive showing on TV but not PC

I have a 2TB hard drive that is not connecting to my pc, I cannot see it in disk management or in my computer. I have tested on multiple computers but still nothing. If I plug the device into my tv I can still watch my series and view my pictures. I really need to get my certificates off this, please help?
