Mark Zellous appears to be a protection circuitry that prevents your controller from powering up. You will have to open it up and take a look at the power supply. Check the MOSFETS and capacitors for obvious damage. There is not a whole lot of information about your device out there so we will have to go by trial and error to help you with that.
Depending on the age of the controller and where you purchased it from, you do need to check for any warranty etc.
