Have you checked another signal source or input to see if the TV works OK?
try connecting a DVD player to the TV or using a different input type e.g. AV instead of HDMI etc
What is the source of your TV signal, cable box, antenna etc?
If a "box" of some sort, can you connect another TV to it to prove that it is OK?
Blue screen usually indicates loss of video signal or signal completely.
What have you tried?

According to the [https://elektrotanya.com/sony_kdl-32w600a_kdl-32w603a_kdl-32w605a_kdl-32w607a_kdl-32w650a_kdl-32w651a_kdl-32w653a_kdl-32w654_kdl-32w655_kdl-32w658_kdl-32w670_kdl-42w674a_chassis_rb1g.pdf/download.html|service manual] (scroll to p.16). the most likely cause of your problem is the “B” board.

To download the manual, click on the link above and when the sentence below the Document preview box changes from ''This file is downloadable free of charge:'' ... ''processing'' … to ''This file is downloadable free of charge: Download'' click on ''Download'' ''''''as this is the link. Be patient, it takes a little while to find the file.
