Code on screen with green flashing light

I have a kdl46ex710 it turns on says Sony and then goes to a white screen that has tem=??? Numbers and 3 more letters=with about 5 to 6 numbers and the green light flashes and doesn't stop . Can someone please tell me what happened with it and what can i do or try to fix it. I do alot of tv repairs but this one has got me stumped thanks.
