You may want to review what BootCamp is [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boot_Camp_(software)|Wikipedia - Boot Camp] Apple does not offer support to run BootCamp within El Capitan on your system.
-I would review this document: [https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2647609/installing-windows-7-on-your-mac-using-boot-camp|Installing Windows 7 on your Mac using Boot Camp] to see if Microsoft offers a straight up means to run Windows & on your Mac system. Unlike BootCamp you are not using MacOS at all! Here we are treating the MacBook Pro as if it was just a Windows PC. Go to this web site and download the needed Windows drivers for your Mac to run Windows straight up [https://support.apple.com/downloads/boot-camp|BootCamp].

I do think you are going way into left field here. Someone will be happy just to have a Mac running OS-X.
