Since it’s not an iPhone and just a ZTE Quest n817 it’s not one of the more popular phones it may not connect to your computer because it is a un-popular phone or your computer may be too old. My suggestion is to check your usb cable for damage or on your phone go to the thing that looks like a tic-tac-toe board go to settings than click on connect to PC choose one USB connection type MAKE SURE YOU UNCHECK DON’T ASK AGAIN IN CASE YOU NEED TO DO A DIFFERENT CONNECTION TYPE IN THE FUTURE!!!!!
