Have you checked the call forwarding settings in the phone?

Open the ''Phone app'' and then select ''Settings (3 horizontal lines somewhere on the screen)> Call forwarding''.

Check which option is selected:

Always forward,

Forward when busy,

Forward when unanswered, this is the one that most people usually have set, but your choice ;-)

Forward when unreachable
