gemmima18 looks like it’s a stuck lens. There are plenty of reasons as for why this may have happened (dirt, sand and failed motors being just a few of those). Try the tricks suggested [http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/12/fixing-lens-error-on-digital-camera.html|on here]. If none of those work you may have to replace the lens.
