@zook5972 this could be a delmainted LED on your backlight strip. Those however usually show up behind the video and not in front off it, hard to tell on your images. You will have to disassemble your LCD panel to determine the exact cause for it. Worst case would be a bad panel. So if you are going to purchase it, buyer beware and make sure you do not overpay.
