You must edit config.txt on the command line.

Do the command

sudo nano /boot/config.txt

Then add one of the text things you see here at

https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/configuration/config-txt/overclocking.md

For example, overclocking to 1500 mhz would look like

arm_freq=1500
