I had this problem twice with my Passport. The only solution I’ve found is to re-install BB10 OS and it worked.  Via BB Link, I downloaded BB 10 on my PC and could install it.  Caution : BB Link cannot be installed on Windows 10, and you must know that you will loose all your data if you do so. [br]
