Hi @frns4ever ,

Noticed that you have completed the laptop fan replacement guide. Was the keyboard working OK before you did this? If so you may have to open it up again and check the connection to the keyboard daughterboard is OK.

Here’s the [https://downloads.dell.com/manuals/all-products/esuprt_laptop/esuprt_inspiron_laptop/inspiron-13-7359-laptop_service%20manual_en-us.pdf|service manual] for the laptop, taken from this [https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-hr/product-support/product/inspiron-13-7359-laptop/docs|webpage]

Go to p.32 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the keyboard daughter board. This will allow you to check the connection etc.

if it all looks OK then try connecting a USB keyboard just to verify that it is the laptop keyboard that has the problem and not that it is software related.

Have any liquids been spilled on the keyboard at all?

If you do determine that the keyboard needs to be replaced go to p.71 in the manual to see how to do this. Usually the part number is on the underside of the keyboard/palmrest assembly. When searching for a replacement part use the part number ''only'' in the search term of your browser to find suppliers of the part.
