Verlauf von "Touchpad faulty in windows 10" bearbeiten

neither the touchpad or mouse buttons work when in windows 10 all the way from the initial set up, the touch pad works in the bios and in a test program however so I’m thinking its a driver issue but I cant find any drivers on Dell’s website which are related to the touchpad.
