A permanent Antivirus solution like Kaspersky may be best to prevent future issues. But for the current abnormality, a free download of Malwarebytes ([link|https://www.malwarebytes.com/|https://www.malwarebytes.com]) can work. Having a data backup to OneDrive is always a good idea, as well.
