I have a 1997honda Accord vtec 4cil .
I have been stranded for 14 days because it won't start I've done everything I can possibly think of the problem is I could put the key in the mission and it'll act like it wants to turn over but it won't and when I go to take the key out it won't come out unless I just engage the battery cable I have a viper alarm system and I totally took the whole thing out or disconnected from its Black box could this be a security issue or is this mechanical
