Vive Cosmos is not connecting at all, and throwing errors "001", "200" and "C102: Bootup Error (25)". I have tried wireless and tethered connections along with all the software, driver and cable troubleshooting steps HTC support has provided. The HMD is out of warranty at this point, and the official support terms & conditions document allows for repair costs without my consent, so sending it in is unfortunately not an option. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

+Unless someone figured this out the past 7 months, I'd consider this a DOA. Already got a Valve Index, works much more reliably.
