Verlauf von "alarm light and jam message remain on" bearbeiten

After reading all these comments and thinking I had removed the paper jam which started out as a small business card that went through without any problems. I was not able to see anything more that was causing the problem until I turned the printer upside down and low and behold another business card fell out of the paper loading slot. Problem fixed !!!!
