hi,im having the same problem with parrot mambo.battery swollen and one propeller not working.after searching for spares a long time,now im going to DIY everything.im getting a replacement lipo battery (inside thing) and ordered a 8520 coreless motor from robu.im in india too BTW.if everything goes well ill keep you posted.
