How can I replace the rubber feet on my laptop?

The rubber feet that are attached to the lid of the laptop is the contact point for the PC and with time the rubber piece can get worn down. At the time of writing, there hasn't been any answers to where I can purchase replacement feet or how to perform the replacement.
