Clogged drain filters, if present, would stop it from draining, not filling. If it fills on a wash cycle and washes, but not a rinse cycle, then the water supply & valves and the lid sensor are fine. Are there any other rinse cycles that it fills on? Can you determine where the buzzing is coming from? If it is the water valve, then there is a problem with your controller since they work for washing.
