Hi @carlos15230

First use a strong light and a magnifying glass to check that there's no debris lodged in the charge port and that all the pins are straight and not bent, either of which which may be preventing a good electrical connection to the phone.

If there is debris lodged in the port enclosure, ''do not'' use a pin or probe to try and get it out as you may damage the pins or cause electrical problems in the phone, use a vacuum cleaner and see if using that removes it.

If the pins are bent or the port feels loose, it may be easier and cheaper to replace the charge port board rather than having to source a compatible USB-C connector and then solder it in as a replacement for the loose/damaged original port.

Here's a [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i-uMW8E7KNM|video] that shows how to remove/replace the charge port board in the phone.
