Replaced circulation pump motor: No change

Finally noticed there didn't seem to be enough water in dishwasher.

Action cam confirms anemic flow during fill cycle.

But flow from inlet hose seemed fine.

Replaced fill valve.  During replacement noticed teflon tape from installation was blocking inlet.  I don't think the valve was bad but I left it in anyway.

Dishwasher now fills with a lot more water and middle spray arm turns as it should.
