@sandronardi sounds like some issues with the firm/software. Try this. Get a Phillips screwdriver and start off by removing the screw for the side. Once the screw is removed, pull the side brush off. Next remove the bottom cover by removing the Philips screws. Now, remove the battery and keep it out for a short while (30-60 sec) should be enough. Then replace the battery and reassemble your Roomba and give it a try. Let us know if it helped.
