It is mostly because of an hard drive issue, yes you can change it or else, you can disable it unless you use it. A1470 model is a hard solid item, of course 3.5" drives has life and they heat a lot. Just go to your Airport Utility on iOS or MacOS and disable file sharing. Voila...

By the way I also opened and clean all the dust inside, and the fan is working as well... But not enough for certain years of a hard drive...
