Make sure you have unplugged your TC for a few minutes (10 min) and plug it back in.  Look at the LAN ports in rear....do they lite up when power is applied and what indication do you get from the front lite?  Amber? Green?  Nothing?

If you get no lights from front or back, there is a good chance it is the internal power supply; however, if the main logic goes out....your TC won't work at all.
