I bought a [link|https://www.laptopkeyreplacements.com/|key replacement|new_window=true] for the enter key because mine broke, and I put the new keycap but the key is very hard and press and also doesnt go all the way down so the press is not detected. I asked for support but they weren't of help. Does anyone have any clue of what could be happening? Did I do something wrong or the key is the problem. It should be compatible as before buying I send some pictures to the of the original one to be sure I bought the right one. Or does anyone has a recomendation on a website where I could get the right key.
