My tiny screws fell out of my watchband fastener....no idea where they went.

I wasn't able to find anything online, so I just went to DollarTree and bought their eyeglasses repair kit for $1. There are a variety of tiny screws in the kit (and screwdrivers), and I used a pair of tiny screws that fit the holes. They are a tiny bit too long, but they don't touch your skin because they are covered when the band is in place.
