Hi Danielle, You will need the app if you want to setup your S1 Mini to work with WiFi. The app mainly allows you to stream music from online services (Like Spotify) straight to the S1 Mini. If you plan on connecting your phone to the S1 Mini via Bluetooth or Auxiliary cable, you do not need the app. You can connect normally and play your music (Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, etc) Best of luck.

Hi Elliot, The Sony Xperia Z5 is IP65 and IP68 waterproof, meaning, it can handle 1.5 meter underwater for 30 mins or less. I found this while searching for IP68" "Do not expose the device to salt water or ionized water. If your device is exposed to salt water, wash the device with fresh water, and then dry thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth. Otherwise, when it dries, salt may accumulate and block the primary microphone, earpiece, and external speaker." Because you got salt water on the phone, I have a feeling your aux jack might be corroded (and your phone is now labelled as water damaged). I would recommend turning the phone off (to avoid any permanent damage) and bringing it to a repair shop. Have them take a look at it. It could be an easy fix but if you keep trying to turn it on and allowing it to get hot, your phone may be damaged way beyond repair. Best of luck.

Hi, Please do no double post. Your other post is exactly the same as this one. What do you think is happening here? As for your question, your hard drive will not impact charging. Water damage will. Did you spill anything on your laptop? It can also be a damaged Magsafe charger adapter. I would have it looked by an Apple Store technician or get it looked at by an independent store (that works with Mac computers) Best of luck!

Hi Denise, First question, was the ink refilled or did you purchase an original black cartridge (Model number 74)? To reset the ink levels, follow these steps: (1) Make sure the printer is on. Hi Lew, I would definitely take the phone back to the repair shop and have them take a look into the keyboard. Sounds to me that they messed up your phone while repairing it. Opening the phone might have damaged good components and in which case, they should repair it free of charge. Call them up and see what they can do.
