Hi, Replacing the button would probably fix your issue. If your device is under warranty this would be a free replacement. Remember to back up your data by means of iTunes or iCloud before attempting any repair or replacement. The best solution, if this is an option for you, would be to have the device replaced by Apple themselves at an Apple Retail store. If you don't have an Apple Retail store where you live they can do it over the phone if you call Apple at 1-800 APL-CARE (800–275–2273). Good Luck.

Apple has very strict repair guidelines for Apple Authorized service providers. If you go to a 3rd Party repair shop there would be no guarantee. I've seen this many times with customers that uninstalled certain programs that associate with or utilize .dll (system) files. When my customers removed these programs part of the uninstall process will ask them if they are sure if they want to remove the program and that doing so will also remove whatever .dll (system) file the program is using. Reinstall Windows 8.1 from the media disk you create and it will create a new recovery partition for you in the process. Mehr erfahrenI am not too familiar with your tablet, however, I have had this issue on my iPad before. I finally found out that the app was the issue and had to delete the app and re-download it. You might give that a try and see if it corrects the issue.

The 000 Phillips usually does the trick, however, in some instances where my customer has had their screen previously replaced by another repair shop sometimes I run into issues where that repair shop put different screws in. I don't know if this is due to lack of screw management or if it is that repair shops personal choice. If it were the right screw you wouldn't have any trouble with it being too tight as the screws are too short to screw in too far to avoid damage to the front of the display. Unfortunately, without knowing for sure I would guess that the issue is that incorrect screws are in the device. You might have to try several sized screw bits and hope for one of them to work.
