Take it for repair.. Sometimes it might be the Circuit… and beware of using the Blackberry Charger on Huawei… I had the same only to find out that the charging system and the Camera Circuit were burnt beyond repair. It doesn’t need factory reset rather take it to repairing proffesionals!!

Try Using a bulb with Single Contact.. I had an audi A3 that used to do that then i bought double contact .. it blew them then i replaced with single contact the everything went well…

i believe my phone is on drugs nowadays Huawei Y330 it shutdown and when i try to switch it on, it doesnt show up... the same happens when i update my facebook app.. once i open FB the phone goes off immediately. i have to take off my battery thats when it can power ON.
