If still the lights are not coming back, then the standby power supply isn't working, or the TV's microprocessor is dead and not lighting the lights. Would you mind checking the 5 volt power supply. I don't remember any storm recently or any such power outage. Have a simple voltage test done. Get a voltmeter from nearby hardware shop. Better if you would hire some professional electrician.
