Here's a solution. Try the Fn key + F4. My computer has a backlight and functions the same. F4 key usually increases the backlight and the F3 key usually decreases it. Try the FN key + F4 and see if it works. If it still does not work, go to the ASUS website and download the ATKPackage driver and try again.
