maybe ur software got removed get a new software by visiting a tech shop it doesnt cost more than like 5$.if its not the problem then check by voltmeter that your battery is giving power or not if it is giving power then there can be a display problem maybe it boots up but display doesnt work.if u know that its also not a display problem then obviously its about your tablet,s ic if the first 3 fixes dont work then im sorry to say but your ic got dead and prize of ic is like half the prize of tab.so i recommend if u got some money buy a new tab
