Wiping and resetting the phone doesn’t help!!! I don’t know if this is a permanent solution but so far it’s working for me: Go to setting -> apps-> click the menu at the top to “show system”. Scroll down to wifi, click on it. Click storage. Clear all data. Reboot the phone. Working at the moment!
