Some long shots: (1) Remove the battery and power on only with power from power adapter. (ooops @Jayeff already suggested it). Keep battery out. (2) Try connecting to an external monitor and turn power on. (3) Plug in a USB Keyboard to a USB plug and turn power on.

Epson have drivers for Windows 10 x64 and 32 bit (among other OS) https://www.epson.no/support?productID=1... I have installed it and it works on Windows 10 x64 1803. The printer otherwise is a piece of junk. scanner ADF does not accept any paper thicker then Rizzla cigarettes paper. But most infuriating, the printer refuses to print anything unless all 4 ink cartridges are read not empty. So if I have a new black ink installed, and only want to print in B&W or greytones the printer will refuse. This is to help me. I will never buy Epson again.
