Ear pad / Speaker Both hinge pins are quite long and look like this: They fit into holes in the ear pad / speaker assembly. I wouldn’t worry though which side you disassemble first. Though the hole approximately opposite the power switch looks easier to slip onto its pin: It appears both would be equally difficult to disassemble: Battery Any li-po battery with a thermistor (white) lead, approximately the same maH rating and PCM should do. The XINJ LP502035 in my spare parts bin fits a bit too snugly, but works: Yes, despite the above advice, I managed to break off a pin. :(
