Hi! My name is Roberto Medina and I am currently studying mechanical engineering at UNO! I've always wanted to be able to fix any piece of technology but was never able to understand technology in that way. Thanks to my technical writing class, I am starting to learn how to actually fix and replace pieces of technology.
