Volume snapshot has been opened in read-only mode. Continue and lose changes?

Getting the above message when closing winhex. After which memory card will not be recognised without being formatted.

Any ideas?

I think I may have sorted this issue out. The comment and reply in step 7 was really helpful. I am getting another error when trying to close winhex after everything has been completed. I'm retrying, will wait till its done to see the exact wording of the error

I keep getting an error message 'The volume does not contain a recognized file system. Please make sure that all required file system drivers are loaded and that the volume is not corrupted.' What am I doing wrong? Many Thanks!
