My entire life computers have always amazed me. I have always wanted to learn how to use them and stop what bad people do to them. In our new world technology is enhancing and becoming the face of human society slowly and slowly and I want to be one of the people who know how to keep them in check. Video Games like Detroit: Become Human always keeps me on my toes. Knowing that one day androids and Most of all technology will run most percentage of the world keeps me aware that the only ones that will be affected by the backlash are the digitally uneducated. By Digital uneducated I mean people who have no clue about any of the technology they use or ways to put it down just in case of malfunction.

In middle school in 2019, I had a robotics teacher named Mr. Ensley. This was my first time building something that would be commanded by a computer. The project was building a robotic car and giving it commands to move. I will never forget how accomplished I felt when the project was done and working. The team and I celebrated because of all the hard work put towards building the car and commands and we got the best results. We all ended up getting a great work ribbon and pizza party prize. Even though the reward to some was small the real reward was the feeling of self-accomplishment.

One thing that I want to learn and have tried to fix is an old PlayStation. There was a time when the PlayStation would power off by itself. I always knew the problem had to be on the power board. One day I looked up to see if people were having similar problems. Just my luck it was a mutual issue. I took the PlayStation apart but since I was so young it wasn't the taking apart that was the problem it was the putting it back together. It was frustrating but also a learning experience. I still to this day haven't put that PlayStation together. But I would rather fix it myself than pay someone else to do something I can do myself.
