I cant hear any phone sounds...speaker?

i cant hear sounds from the watch...i tried setting for right and for left arm.....is the speaker bad or possibly a software problem?...and is it part of the mother board...thank you

Honestly, I had the same issue and the repair shop just cleaned out the speaker holes with a toothpick and it was good to go again! Shocking I know.
