1 Why can the camera not communicate with the battery?
My camera stopped working in mid-shoot. I briefly got a message that it cannot communicate with the battery, then nothing else. I have tried two different fully charged batteries with no effect. What is the problem and how/where can I get it repaired?

Can you look down your battery door and confirm that the contacts for the battery aren't dirty or coroded?
