Why will the volume not be able to hear
Volume all the way up and no ringing and no notifying me of messages

Is it on mute? Slide down from the top of the screen and see if it works then.

My phone's volume you can hear and sometimes you can't.. That goes for ringtone but also media like YouTube, voice mails, ect.. Since I am unable to just take the battery out, I've learned restarting my phone works.. Once phone comes back on the volume works fine again until the next time it acts up.. Then I just restart again the next time.. Hope it will work for yours..

My phone has no damage.... Other people hear me fine ...incoming voices are distorted...it also shows no service often... Only started few days ago...have restarted & tried everything?????
