After replacing a screen digitizer, Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 10 tablet got completely dead. How to find out reason and how to test motherboard? Thank you.

Can you checkout the display connector is properly connected ?
Damaged digitizer cause may occur the same issue because of short circuit.
