No hard floor setting, No suction.

Lights work and carpet setting appears to work but the hose has no suction and hard floor setting does not work.

I have checked hose for blockages, cleaned filter, removed hair and gone through various troubleshooting videos on YouTube but the problem remains! Any advice?
