1 No sound is coming from my Mackie CR3 speakers
I bought these off of Amazon just a week ago and finally set them up today. When connected with bluetooth, there’s no sound. When connected direct to focusrite, no sound, direct to PC, also no sound.
Not sure what to do here. Light status is on, but nothing is getting sound.
Busted or DOA?

Is there a power light on the speaker(s)? If so, is the light illuminated?

@spickering88 Is there an option to return the apeakers? Opening up a product will usually make it harder to return to the manufacturer.
