How can I replace or repair the scratched screen

The OP said "scratched" repair. It depends on what you mean by scratch. One thing that works really well is clear nail polish. Google it.

Basically

1. put a tiny amount of nail polish on the end of the scratch (not the middle) using a toothpick.
2. Tilt the screen so that the nail polish flows into the crack, expelling air as it goes.
3. Add more polish as it goes along but not onto the polish already there.
4. Let it dry.
5. Scrape off excess glue with a razor by laying the blade flat against the screen, then lifting it slightly. Do not scrape at 90 degrees.

When a layer is dry, maybe 5 mins, repeat the process, starting again at the end of the crack, tilting the screen so that it flows along the crack. This allows air in the crack to get out.

Scrape off excess.

Ultimately the crack will be filled. Then polish screen and fit a decent screen protector.
