Turns very very slow
Dji mini 2 turns very slow . Doesn't matter what speed it's in. I adjusted the settings and still turns slow

The question is a bit out of date; did you solve the issue?
Normally if the drone starts up okay with proper selftest beep and easily takes off, then it would most probably be a RC problem/cause. You can try using LITCHI as another way of controlling your drone (and putting your RC in 'normal' mode). Compare this and draw your conclusions....
