Yes, iPod iTouch screens can be repaired. They are a little more difficult to repair versus an iPhone, but can still be accomplished. Here is a link to the part on iFixit: [product|IF119-000-3]. Also, I don't know if you meant your power button does or doesn't work, but here is the link to the iFixit parts for the power button as well: [product|IF119-003-2].
