It mentions 18 watts to quickcharge, but I would think that 17 is close enough. They also mention using a phone charger that can do quickcharge. [https://www.asus.com/Chargers/Multipurpose_Combo_Car_Charger/specifications/|This] is the closest I could find to the specs for the/an Asus original charger. It is quickcharge 3.0, and if the one you have doesn't work out, this one uses (5v) USB so you could probably use it in your house just as well.
